When shampooing, massage every part of your scalp with your fingertips to remove the dusts that clings on your scalp. You should take enough time to wash your hair, and rinse thoroughly. Hot water can cause the pores to widen and make the hair dry, so wash with warm water and cold water to finish.

 

Drink plenty of water to keep your hair and scalp moist

 

During the change of the season, the dry atmosphere lasts over a long period. This causes your scalp to become itchy, and as you scratch it, inflammation occurs. Therefore, you should drink more than two liters of water a day to prevent dry scalp. Also, moisturizing your hair with hair pack or hair treatment is another good method.

Contemporary people suffers from stress and tension because of busy schedule and night overtime, which makes them more vulnerable to the hairless. If such state prolongs, they experience shoulder and neck discomfort. This may interrupt the blood circulation and the hair may not receive enough nutrition. Hence, you should stretch and massage your shoulders frequently to release the stiffness.

 

Foods high in protein and lipid composition are good for your hair.

Black bean: Black bean is never to be omitted when you talk about foods that prevents hair loss. It cools dow the high temperature in the scalp, one of the major cause of hair loss. Pomegranate: Pomegranate an estrogen rich fruit famous for prevention of aging skin, is also good for hair loss. Especially the estrogen in the pomegranate is good for the hair loss caused by over secretion of male hormone.

Milk: Calcium, mineral, protein in the milk is good for the hair. It also contains essential fatty acids which is important for the scalp to maintain moisture.
